Don’t waste, make a change

A big concern in environmental sustainability is food. We have not cared for our food production and how food is discarded as food loss and waste. All of this is related to the fertilizer, water and land which people need in order to grow our entire crop. If there is a decreasing in food loss and waste the opportunity to secure our food will be totally successful. It is very important to reduce food loss and waste. Agriculture in some cases has been not sustainable, and has been studied that is the major contributor of environmental degradation. Food security needs people that care about economic access in order to please the necessities for food. Environmental sustainability provokes in long term the result of global transitions such as an increase in population, change in food chain and the climate change. Grand Challenge is a food security that is growing thanks to the urgent challenge among the community, but especially recognizes the sustainability and environmental aspect. The different paradigm of Grand Challenge in the equality of growing food supplies and the environmental impact has been an issue.
